About This Role

Lead the onboard entertainment and guest experience as the face of our cruise line. You will oversee all entertainment programs, coordinate with department heads, and ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable Caribbean voyage. From welcome shows to farewell events, you will be the central figure in creating magical moments at sea. Caribbean Dream Cruises is expanding our crew for our Caribbean itineraries sailing from Port of Spain. Requirements

• 5+ years cruise industry experience
• Exceptional public speaking and hosting skills
• Team leadership across multicultural crews
• Event planning and coordination expertise
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal skills
